NOTE: Husband and wife filing jointly only need to complete one management agreement.
3) Add Property
Submit one form for each property you want us to manage.

4) Get the home ready for someone to move-in:

Complete all repairs and upgrades.

Remove personal items and trash.

Put “Other Items” in a kitchen drawer (garage remotes, ceiling fan remotes, fireplace gas keys, and any other loose items that you would like is to keep track of.)

Deep clean the entire home.
