We pay the Referral Fee at closing, which in our case is when the tenant is pays their deposit. This is because we offer a "No Cost to Get Started" guarantee. This means that the person you refer doesn't need to pay our commission until we collect rent.

Can I refer an occupied rental? Yes. If there is a current tenant, you can still send the referral. We will onboard the property and the tenant.
