They made the move stress free. Any maintenance issues that arose were resolved efficiently and promptly. Through my past experiences as a renter, I always felt like I was borrowing someone else’s home…but this experience has been the oposite. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

Selling my house was easy. No repairs, updates, or realtors showing the property multiple times. I chose the closing date. I paid no closing costs and left with a check. I didn’t have to clean or dispose of all the junk. They took care of everything and were pleasant and accommodating through the process!

I enjoyed living at Union Square Apartments. The location is excellent! Downtown living! Maintenance, pest control and other services were excellent. The apartments are extremely energy efficient. Pets are allowed which makes it great. They are always great about responding to any concerns.
